Goods & Services
Alluca Vineyards offers premium red, white and sparkling wines from the Adelaide Hills & McLaren Vale regions of South Australia.

Orders
Alluca Vineyards will only accept online orders from customers with delivery addresses within Australia. All prices listed are quote in Australian dollars AUD$ and all orders will be processed in Australian dollars AUD$.

All prices on this website are effective as at the date on which the price is given and are subject to change without notice to the customer.

When placing an order via the website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

All sales enquiries for wine sales to export markets should be directed to admin@alluca.com.au.

Delivery Policy
Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed; a notification email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Any time or date stated by us for availability and delivery of goods is an estimate only, deliveries will be made within a reasonable timeframe. Deliveries can only be made to Australian residential and business address – no international orders will be processed.

Deliveries will be made to your door. Deliveries will only be left unattended on the doorstep if we have been instructed to do so. Unfortunately, Alluca Vineyards can take no further responsibility for your order once it has been delivered to the door.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or receive wine in Australia. Therefore, deliveries cannot be signed for by a minor.

If we determine that we are or may be unable to supply within a reasonable time or at all the order may be cancelled by Alluca Vineyards in whole or in part, even if we have received payment from you or sent you a tax invoice. Any cancellation shall be by notice to you via any of the contact details you have provided. In that event the customer shall have no claim against us whatsoever.

Returns and Claims
Should a wine you receive as part of an order from Alluca Vineyards contain a fault please contact us immediately at admin@alluca.com.au. The said product/s should be returned directly to the winery with remaining wine left in the bottle for analysis. A refund, replacement or exchange bottle will gladly be sent to the customer upon receipt of the faulty wine.

Claims for goods arriving broken must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, so make sure you check your order as soon as you receive it. Requests for returns or credits must be made within 30 days.

Please Note: no refunds are offered if customers simply change their mind about the wine product purchased.

Alluca Vineyards is committed to protecting your privacy. The information that we collect is only used to facilitate your transactions on our site and to enhance your overall experience with us.

We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website.

Will Alluca Vineyards disclose the information it collects to third parties?
No, and if in the future Alluca Vineyards decides to link with other services that we believe you would be interested in we will ask permission of you before going forward with trustworthy third parties. When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, email, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through Squarespace. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Alluca Vineyards does not store any credit card information on our servers.
