Good wines and good times at Alluca’s seasonal cellar door
During the warmer summer months and up until the end of Easter each year we open the doors to our seasonal cellar door.
Set amongst beautiful lawns and gardens, and overlooking Alluca’s vineyards, our intimate and friendly cellar door serves up personally guided wine tastings and gourmet platters.
Our wines are hand-crafted, single vineyard and small batch produced, to be enjoyed here and now with good food and good friends, or cellared for good times ahead!
Opening dates
Our 2024 cellar door season has started, we are open through to 1st April (Easter Monday) from 11am to 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We are open all Easter long weekend, including Easter Friday, bookings are recommended.

Please note that Alluca Villa is closed for this period, however bookings for your luxury stay in the McLaren Vale wine region are available again in April https://www.allucavilla.com.au

A guided tasting fee of $10 per person applies, which is redeemable on bottle purchases.
Guided tastings take about 45 minutes, or more, depending on the number of people in your party.
Walk-ins are most welcome, we have plenty of al fresco space on our covered decks and sprawling lawns, weather dependent.
We also welcome friendly dogs that are kept on a leash.
Our cellar door menus
As well as guided wine tastings, we serve wines by the glass or bottle, beers and soft drinks.
We also serve a changing selection of gourmet platters hand prepared by chef and owner Claudia, and of course her pork and fennel sausage rolls are always on the menu!
General information
Please note that Alluca is unable to accommodate mini buses or vehicles carrying more than 8 people.
Our wines are also available for purchase all year round via our website from our online shop.
