This cabernet franc from our home block in Blewitt Springs is a deep ruby red. It has a lifted bouquet of dark cherries and blueberries with notes of cedar and lavender. The palate is rich and flavoursome, combining the plush dark fruits with a hint of caraway. The wine retains a subtle oak complexity that complements the soft fruit tannin structure, and the generous length and balance leads to an elegantly soft and delicate finish.
