This cabernet franc from our home block in Blewitt Springs offers a lifted yet delicate bouquet of redcurrant, blueberry, cassis and thyme. Its medium bodied palate is soft yet sumptuous with flavours of redcurrant, blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry. Matured for ten months in carefully selected French oak puncheons, it retains a subtle oak complexity that complements the soft fruit tannin structure leading to a subtle and elegant finish.
